Amazon, with the help of QuadReal, are continuing the trend of retrofitting historical post office buildings for a modern workforce. The adaptive reuse of the existing post office building will serve as the podium for two glass towers that will be home to roughly 3,000 new Amazon employees. The Post will feature plentiful parking, a diverse food hall, a premier grocery retailer, and several other retail offerings for downtown shoppers. Office tenants will also enjoy a spacious fitness facility and rooftop amenities. The already vibrant Central Business District will continue to grow eastward with The Post, bringing with it thousands of high paying jobs and a robust new shopping center.
