Project brief

The Bayview Housing Master Plan is an affordable workforce housing plan for the Bayview area of South Whidbey Island, Washington, initiated by the nonprofit Goosefoot Community Fund and designed by Schemata Workshop. Its second phase studied a cluster of 20 to 25 modular homes.

BOGZA produced exterior renderings and a film for the plan, including an aerial of the clustered cabins with planted roofs around paths and a meadow at the forest edge, and a closer view of the homes around a fire-pit court.
