Project brief

Rocky Hill Amesbury is a residential community of about 66 acres on Elm Street in Amesbury, Massachusetts, planned for roughly 375 to 400 homes. Dale Development is the developer and Union Studio Architecture produced its site plan and design guidelines.

BOGZA produced exterior renderings of the community: a footpath through pines to a green and playground framed by gabled homes, and a clubhouse with a stone chimney and string-lit patio at dusk.
