Limestone custom home at 3014 Del Monte in Houston with steep gables, herringbone walk and gardens — Front garden by dayDel Monte · Houston, Texas

Project brief

Del Monte is a custom residential project in Houston, Texas, covering two neighboring homes on Del Monte: a limestone house with steep gables, tall chimneys and a rear pool terrace at 3014, and a white French-style house with a slate mansard roof and wrought-iron balconies at 3024.

BOGZA produced exterior renderings and animation for both, including the formal front gardens by day and at dusk, and a full set of interiors: the stair hall, library, living rooms, master bedroom, dressing room and bath.
