Project brief

The Reserve at Katy Boardwalk is a community of about 180 single-family homes on 24 acres off Kingsland Boulevard in Katy, Texas, near Katy Mills, developed by Pelican Builders.

BOGZA produced exterior renderings for the community, including this view at sunset of two- and three-story gabled homes in white and dark siding across a planted median.
