Project brief

The Line is a multiphase mixed-use district in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, developed by Kane Realty with Williams Realty & Building Company and Lionstone Investments; it includes The Line apartments at 500 N West St.

BOGZA produced exterior and interior renderings, animation and 360° tours for the district, including evening views of its brick pedestrian street lined with cafes, shops and patios under string lights.
